Sodalite Kislap by Vinta

Sodalite Kislap by Vinta

The above photo was taken in direct sunlight. Ink is swatched on Clairefontaine 90gsm paper, using a glass dip pen. Specs Name: Sodalite Kislap Maker: Vinta Color Family: Grey Properties: Shading, Shimmering Purchased at: Vanness What’s in a name? This is a special collaboration ink, exclusive to Vanness. Vanness is based out of Little Rock, AK, and the area just to the south of them is one of mineralogical interest, including a profusion of sodalite. Taking a Week Off

Taking a Week Off

Good morning, lovelies! I’ve got no posts happening this week because I’m in Chicago and frankly, couldn’t get my shit together enough to schedule three posts for you.  Art by The Latest Kate I flew out to attend a steampunk-themed LARP over the weekend, and this coming week will be exploring Chi-town and all its historic glory. I’ve been here exactly once, and was surprised at how much I enjoyed the vibe and the architecture. My plans this time around include attending Bridgerton: The Experience, exploring the Lincoln Conservatory and Graceland Cemetery, going to Shedd Aquarium, visiting Hull House museum, […]
